Refund Policy

1. Who is eligible
Any user on a paid plan (Starter $24.99/mo, Professional $39.99/mo, or VIP Advisory $99/mo or $297/quarter) may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their first charge on that plan.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@Tenderal.example (or reply to your receipt) from the address registered on your account. Include:
- Your account email
- The date of the charge
- (Optional) A short reason — helps us improve the product
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Stripe.
3. VIP Bid-Ready Guarantee
In addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee, VIP Advisory subscribers qualify for our Bid-Ready Guarantee: if, within your first paid quarter, our advisory team cannot help you submit at least one qualified bid to a tender that fits your declared profile, your next 3 months of VIP are on the house.
4. What is not refundable
- Charges older than 30 days on the Starter or Professional monthly plans.
- One-off Expert Bidding services (tender pack preparation, full-document translation, advisory hours) once work has started. These are refundable in full before work begins.
- Free-tier usage (there is nothing to refund).
5. Cancellation vs. refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. If you also want the current period refunded and you are within 30 days of the first charge on that plan, say so in your email and we will process both at once.
6. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve it faster and more cleanly than your bank will. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account closure.
